Hello,
I've read that others have had this happen too...my Nest battery doorbell fell off its base and the camera shattered. It still detects movement but not much is visible. I'm really bummed as I just purchased this in November 2021. Is there a way to request a repair or replacement?

I purchased at Target and yes am located in the same country that I bought it.
