I can see several posts with similar issues of the Google Nest Doorbell falling off its holder and the lens getting smashed. This has now happened to us. The camera landing on our tiled landing and now has smashed lens. Unit is fresh out of the box.
I've already populated the regularly provided form and will do so again to reference this particular community thread. PLEASE HELP!

I have completed the form and a Google Senior Specialist has reached out; case number 1-1742000037685. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Clearly I am not the only one tremendously disappointed with this, particularly as our household has invested significantly in various Google products (pixels, buds, watch, 2x thermostats, 5x google wireless mesh (which I have more compliants about the bandwidth limitations), 6x google/nest cameras). Really hope you all can come through on this replacement or repair.
