My doorbell won't hold a charge anymore. I've tried multiple usb-c cables and the results are the same. It powers up when I plug it in but as soon as I unplug it, it turns off. I even let it charge for a couple days with no difference.
Any suggestions?

Support had me do a hard reset but still no luck. My first doorbell had a different issue so this is my replacement device but I've only had it 6 months. Now they are telling me to pound sand and buy a new doorbell. I'm really shocked by the experience. Can't imagine buying another Google doorbell at this point.

If it is less than a year old Google will most likely replace it under the warranty. However if it is older than that you are out of luck and the battery has just failed (typically anywhere in the 3-5 year range). And to make matters worse google did not design the battery to be user replaceable.
