Google Nest Doorbell

Our Google nest doorbell will not hold a charge. It will not go over 20% charge.

We purchased from Amazon July 16, 2024.

We originally had a ring and were happy with the battery life but wanted something more clear in vision. We were told to get a Google Nest, well since receiving it, it will not charge over 20% battery.

  • What's the LED status light on your doorbell?
  • Are you able to check the camera feed? 
  • Are you using the provided cable and adapter?
