Hello,
I have a battery outdoor Google nest camera. I stopped working in terms of no response from the app. Not detecting or change on the status light. Camera was on 83% when last connected.
I tried several of the methods recommended before taking the plunge to remove the camera from my app.
Once done I have tried to factory reset but it will just not work.
I plug the camera on charge. (Nothing happens) I’ll wait 10 seconds then press and hold the reset button on the back.
The status light turns white but never turns yellow. I can hold this for different periods but it makes no difference.
I’ve tried a different usb power adapter. 5w. 7.5w and 10w. None of these make a difference.
The camera will turn green is it see’s me. So it’s doing something. Just never factory resetting.
Any advice would be great.
