Google Nest IQ camera

My Google Nest IQ camera has stopped working. Power supply and cable have been changed with no improvement.

The supplier (R&M Electrical) tell me that Google Nest want it returned to them but I can find no address or contact details for them in the UK.

Please HELP

When mine died out of warranty, Google support told me to bin it.
