I keep getting the same message on the app:
There was a problem scanning for Wi-Fi networks on your device.
The device is no longer connected - try connecting again.

I am having the same issue. I bought two battery operated cameras and one of them connects right away and the other one just keeps giving me the error. I have removed them from my account and started from scratch again and I still can't get the Troublemaker camera to connect to my wi-fi.

No! I try everyday. I disconnect both cameras and start all over. One camera connects, the other camera won't. I wish somebody could jump in and give us a fix. Was kind of expensive cameras to only have one work

Post if you get help. I tried again today by removing both and adding again. Same result.
