I returned my Nest battery camera in perfect condition, via FedEx as required, on 11/30/21, just a couple weeks after purchasing it (magnet wasn't strong enough to keep camera from falling during heavy winds). I also purchased a new Nest battery camera at that time, but just not through the link provided in the email. A week later, still waiting for my refund, I contacted customer support via phone, and after waiting over an hour, was told I had to contact Google via Chat. Then I tried contacting Google customer support by chat several times over a few weeks, but customer support never responded. I was finally able to contact someone via chat, over a month ago, but was literally bounced to six different Google customer support representatives, and still have not received my refund. Now Google has not been responding for several additional weeks to my emails.
I contacted the Head of Google Store Support a couple weeks ago, but no response.
This is entirely unacceptable for any business.
