Same issue here, it keeps telling me to reset and try again and even after doing so it keeps telling me to reset. I even returned it for a new one and am still getting the same reset and try again message

yes they tried to help through remote access to my nest account but still the same issues. They offered me an exchange but I have no faith that it will work a 3rd time. Returning to Amazon and looking elsewhere.
