Google doorbell visible in app but not ringing

Hi

i can see the doorbell (battery) in the Google app and get a notification to phone when it’s rung.  I have functionality on phone with doorbell.

however other users in the family group are not getting notifications and the Google hubs are not chiming.

when I look at the device info the WiFi network is greyed out.

how do I get the doorbell to be on the network?

Hi PWS1066,

Thanks for posting.

Just to confirm, can these family members see the Nest Doorbell (battery) on their mobile device's Google Home app? Are they signed into the phone's Google Home app using the Gmail account you've invited as members of your house where the doorbell is? Also, did they successfully accept the your invitation?

Best,

Hey there,

Thanks for this added detail and I understand how you feel. Could you ensure that your Nest Hub displays are on the same home on your Google Home app where the doorbell is? You might also need to turn on personal results and select Always show proactively on your Nest Hub.
