Google nest came not sending announcements

Hi,

I guess I have google home, but I started out years ago with google nest cam. I have iPhone and iPad. 

So here is my problem. I have 2 outdoor cameras one in the front of my home and one in the back. They both work fine except the back camera doesn’t send me announcements when an object is detected. The back camera use to send me announcements but now it doesn’t. The camera does record events, just doesn’t send announcements. 

The front camera does send me announcements when people, cars, animals are detected and records the activity. 

Anyone know how to correct the back yard camera?

Thanks for posting. I understand your Nest Cam Outdoor isn't working as before because it isn't sending you notifications, even though it records events. I appreciate the helpful information shared.
