Google nest cams issue with spectrum wifi

So I moved from Colorado I purchased 3 google nest cams 2nd gen wired and used them for a year on wifi there, 5g and had no issue's at all. Moved to New York and I got spectrum, it says the router does 2.4ghz and 5g and I was able to attach one camera one time and it worked very poorly and then never reconnected, I created a new home in the nest app and deleted old ones. Now my issue is no cameras attach to wifi at all, I constantly get error C104 and sometimes others but haven’t seen them in awhile so can’t recall. Spectrum couldn’t help nor could Google support line. I am not imputing passwords wrong and constantly get that error code. At my wits end and would appreciate any help.

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

I’m having the exact same problem. Did you get it figured out? It seems like I have done everything. Anyone has told me to do and I’m still not able to connect.

Hello folks,

@David38 and @jaaron0530 aside from performing a simple restart, you may reset your Nest Cameras to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded videos will be deleted as well. Also, try restarting your WiFi network and your mobile phone. Don't forget to connect your mobile phone and your Nest Cameras to the same WiFi network. For example, both of them are on the 2.4GHz network.
