This is a great product and did its job for several months, suddenly the live feed would glitch and then freeze with only black on the screen. The day after noticing that it wouldn't turn on, tried to restart and reset it and it didn't work. It wouldn't take a charge neither. I was trying to see what I can do for a new one under warranty and if able to take where it was purchased for exchange.
