Google nest doorbell wired not connecting

I’m having issues with my wired doorbell it will turn on but not connect we even reset our router but still nothing I have a battery one and it worked but my wired nest don’t

Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your Nest Doorbell wired. Can you tell if the device was paired before? What is the color of the LED status light? How far is the Doorbell from the router?

You can also attempt these troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure that you're using the latest version of the Home app or the Nest app.
• Ensure your phone is connected to the same Network as your Nest device.
• Create a new home structure, try to set up the Nest Doorbell in the new home structure.
• Try to pair the Nest Doorbell with another phone.
• Restart the device
• Factory reset the device

It was connected before but had to redo it permanently and now all it show is a white light and when it says in your device blinking blue it will still be white

And the router across the room not far way from it at all
