Got another Google Home to connect to Nest Doorbell, Can't

I can't believe how dumb this all is. I have a Nest Doorbell that is not battery but wired. I have a google home and it connected and worked. HEre's the problem: that's in my front house, which I use as an office. If someone rings when I am in the backhouse, by the time the HORRIBLE app comes up, it's generally too late to tell who is there let alone converse with them. So I bought another Home device. Shocked to find I can't have the device exist in 2 different homes. (:() But then in my final fiddling with this too long learned hopelessness state, I tried to move it to the other home and it failed with the idiot message: 'Unable to put device into your home.'

Hey there,
I understand that late notifications can be frustrating but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
