Green licht above the camera

i cant instal the doorbell (wired) because of this green light abouve the camera, please help

Are you by any chance trying to re-install your doorbell?  If so, you'll need to perform a factory reset on your doorbell before re-installing it. See "Factory reset" (scroll past "Restart") in the Help topic below.
