bought a returned Google NEST from lowes, I can not register it to my account, probably still on oth

hey someone respomd plz, I just bought a google nest doorbell cam from lowes,  it was returned so it was onn sale.  I I have pohysicallly installed the camera,  but the step that says to add it to my google devices , well it wont work  becasuse i bet it is on the old persosns account.

You'll need to perform a factory reset on your doorbell. See "Factory reset" (scroll past "Restart") in the Help topic below.

You need to hold down the reset pin/button for at least 12 seconds, until you get the response indicated.

There must be a way to reset it to factory settings.
