To set up your camera, you will need the QR code or the entry key. However, this entry key is located just next to the QR code. Then in this case I will suggest contacting a local technician to receive further assistance about removing the stuck hex screw. Once you have access to the QR code you can take a picture of it to use it in future scenarios.
