HELP Nest IQ Outdoor camera problem

I have a Google Nest Outdoor IQ CAMERA.The Hex set screw is LOCKED (stuck) so how to gt QR code? or a code to set up the camera again?

I cannot disconnect the camera to get to the back of it to view QR or any other code. I do have a serial # though. How cab I re-connect this camera back to view status. HELP! Very frustrated.

Well I FINALLY got the hex screw loosened but now I cant gget the back plate off completely., or even enough to see the codes. Ay ideas?

You are totoally correct. It is the Outdoor IQ camera. My issue is.....that I cannot loosen the Hex screw. it is totally stuck.
