HELP Nest IQ Outdoor camera problem

I have a Google Nest Outdoor IQ CAMERA.The Hex set screw is LOCKED (stuck) so how to gt QR code? or a code to set up the camera again?

HELP. Nest wired outdoor camera needs to re-connect

I cannot disconnect the camera to get to the back of it to view QR or any other code. I do have a serial # though. How cab I re-connect this camera back to view status. HELP! Very frustrated.
