How to Resubscribe:
- Open the Google Home app: This is where you manage your Nest devices and subscriptions.
- Ensure that you are in the correct home structure where you want to subscribe to Nest Aware.
- Tap Settings, under Subscriptions, tap Nest Aware at the bottom, tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Subscribe.
- Tap the plan you want to get (Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus) and tap Next.
- Choose the billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and tap Next.
- Review your payment information and tap Subscribe.
- A confirmation that you are subscribed to Nest Aware (or Nest Aware Plus) shows up on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you've resumed your subscription, you should see your cameras start recording again, and you can access saved footage within the Google Home or Nest app.
Important Considerations:
- Subscription Plans: Nest Aware offers different plans with varying storage duration and features. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and budget.
- Camera Compatibility: Ensure both your cameras are compatible with the Nest Aware subscription plan you select.
- Previous Subscription Data: Resuming your subscription doesn't necessarily restore previously recorded videos. The subscription provides access to new footage from the time of reactivation.
