Help. Nest doorbell

My mobile phone died and I lost all my app connections. I am now having issues connecting nest doorbell to my phone.  It keeps saying to confirm WIFI settings. So frustrating as it was working previously. How do I check which WIFI the doorbell is on?  None of that has changed. Thanks for any help

Hey there,


Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing! I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. If that doesn't quite do the trick, then I would suggest doing a factory reset. The instructions for a factory reset are found on the link above.
