I have my Nest Max all set up after much difficulty with tv - lights etc all connected but now the nest cam won’t work.
I have reviewed all suggestions - turn airplane mode on and off - restarted my iPhone and then resorted to resetting Max (praying I wouldn’t lose the other connections) but .. still won’t connect. Camera won’t open at all

To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? Do you have the wired or battery type of Nest Camera? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Camera and let us know how it goes.
