Help - Problem with "Downloading Update" during Setup for Nest Cam Indoor (2nd Gen)

I am having same issue as in the link below. Couldn't get Cam with Floodlight to update lastnight or today. The link below was closed without a solution. Stick on download update for a few minutes and then says something went wrong with setup. I have done the reset multiple times it just won't work - about ready to send back.

Hi there, 

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. If you have already tried to factory reset the device, and it still isn't working for you, have you made sure that your Wi-Fi router is close enough to your camera? Or vice versa. Also, what are your upload speeds like? Please let me know.

@imoksoami it's us again. I'm bumping up this thread to ensure that everything is covered here. To confirm, were you able to reset your Nest Camera to the factory default and not just a simple restart? Have you also tried reinstalling your Nest app or Google Home app? We would appreciate it if you could share with us the information we're asking above.
