Hello. I just got a nest camera. I’m trying to reconnect it back to my account. I had unplugged the camera and it didn’t connect back. I removed it and tried to add it back but I won’t work and the camera light stays green.

Half my cameras did this this week. What fixed it for me was holding the reset button for 5 seconds (resets device, not factory reset). If that doesn't do it reboot the router (s). One of mine took a few tries. After that may have to remove it from your account and factory reset it 

So it worked but now I kind of got another problem. The display wasn’t connecting right to my Google home app and wouldn’t let me connect in general from like YouTube or YouTube music. I tried to turn it off and on and turn wifi settings off. Another thing is I have a Google speaker a NestMini, I tried adding it and it let me through and past the part where it lets me hear the chime sound, it ask me for my region and I press the US and it will not go through. It just stays on it and I can’t do anything else but exit. My app is updated and my wifi connection is perfectly fine so I don’t know. I tried looking it up and can’t find any help.

The Google Display and Camera I’ve received were given from a wifi company I believe. The Google speaker was bought here in the US. I was able to previously add them to my google home app and i had it in a home but now that its reset its not connected to anything. its stuck on the part to connect to the google app but i cant get through.

Have you tried to restart your devices? I would suggest doing so as a restart can clear out issues you might be experiencing.
