Since the Nov update I can no longer access the feature within the Home app that allows me to turn off and on as well as adjust the floodlight brightness.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled app, power cycled camera. No luck

Just started experiencing this with one of my two nest cam with floodlight devices. Additionally to what you described, the camera is also supposed to have floodlight options within the camera options. I.e. floodlight should turn on when viewing live feed. Working one has it, non working one doesn't.

I can not control that one floodlight with app or Google home device now. Only motion.

I have a S22 ultra,  my phone and playstore has a different version of the Home app then my wife's Pixel 6 ...her version works.

It's a higher version then mine. So it's the app version..I downloaded her version from APKpure app and it works on that version.

Hey there,

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Best regards,
Brad

I actually went as far as booting into recovery mode and wiped the cache partition and rebooted.  That didn't help until I downloaded the version  of the app my wife's phone was using on her pixel 6 via the APK pure app
