When I scanned QR code I got message that it could not access when I enter the 6 digit identification # on bottom of camera it indicated the identification # was invalid. How can I get this to work when the NESDT website instructs me to enter the product serial # which is much longer than the 6 digit code. the instructions on NEST website are not the same as what the app is requesting which also does not work.
