How can I make my Google nest doorbell make the noise on my phone maybe a ringtone

Google Nest only gives us the ability to send standard notifications to our phones.  Other customers in this forum keep asking for the same thing.

Looks like you tagged as ios, but just noting for others searching: android (at least Samsungs) allow you to set any sound you like for each sort of nest doorbell & camera notification (plus specifics like ignoring do not disturb, adding vibration, & how it shows on screen). That's from the phone's own settings, not from within Home app.
