To talk to someone in Support, you need to use their "Contact" link. You can find the link and instructions in this post:

Thanks @MplsCustomer for the help! It seems many people have difficulty using the Contact Us form to reach Google Nest Support. Here's some helpful information:
 

To Get Google Nest support, follow the steps in the community forum post: Using Google Nest's "Contact Us" page to contact Support

I'm just another Google Nest customer.

As noted several times earlier in this thread, Google Nest never calls customers based on a post in this forum. Furthermore, this forum's "Community Guidelines" (see link below) say "We don't allow unauthorized publishing of people's private and confidential information, including credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, driver's and other license numbers, addresses, or any other information that is not publicly accessible."

This thread has several earlier instances where Google Nest Support has removed customers' personal phone numbers.

This thread also has at least 8 previous replies with links to how you DO contact Support. Here is the ninth link for contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Again, I'm just another Google Nest customer.  That's what Google Nest provides for contacting Support.
