How to reassign home member due to issue with notifications

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. It may have to do with which accesses they have been given. Take a look at the members in your Home/structure, and check into their access to see what they can, and cannot access.
