How to watch Nest Cam with floodlight history on PC?

So google is not allowed to add the new camera to the Nest app and only allow to the google home app so I have no idea how to watch the history on a PC?

It's not on the https://home.nest.com/.

You've discovered what so many of us customers have also discovered.  Google Nest cameras and doorbells (including the battery doorbell and camera and the floodlight camera) released starting in the fall of 2021 can be accessed ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. Previous cameras' feeds can be viewed in the Google Home app, but their history and admin settings can ONLY be accessed in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.

Google Nest has posted its rationale for this strategy--along with considerable customer reactions--in these posts in blogs in this forum.  Google says they're going to address the gap.
