I can’t set up the nest!

So I am the new owner to a property and the previous owner had the google nest as the thermostat installed. Unfortunately I cant get the passwords and I cant set it up on my phone to be able to control the temperature at will. Please how do I go about this??

Try this:  Make sure you do a ful FACTORY RESET and then try adding it back with your phone.  Here is a link with the instructions:
