I get doorbell notifications when camera sees someone, but NOT when doorbell is actually rung

Is this a feature I have to pay for or something? Why do I get an email notification with an image when a package is dropped off, but not when one of our school friends "Boo" us with Halloween gifts by ringing the doorbell and running off (because it is supposed to be anonymous, but of course everyone KNOWS you have a Nest camera and that you'll see them and reciprocate). Only I CAN'T because I can't find the email with the image! I know exactly when they rung the doorbell, I was on a run and I tried to check my phone but didn't catch the live feed in time. I went hunting for the email from that day with the time I knew we were tagged, and it was literally the only image I didn't get from that day. I noticed it happen on other days, too. When someone rings the bell, there is no image or notification, but if they just walk up to the house, there is. I want notifications for both, how do I do that? Thank you!

Yes, thanks, I do need some help and/or information. Do I need to pay for that service? Or do I just need to adjust my settings? If so...how do I adjust my settings? Thank you!

If I wasn't clear, I do get a REAL TIME notification when the doorbell rings, BUT not a screen capture and email, like I do when someone just breaches the camera. I wish I could get a real time notification, AND an email with a photo when the doorbell is actually rung.

Afraid that isn't the case but I can put in that feedback for you. I appreciate your feedback. I do not have another troubleshooting step for this as it cannot be fixed unless that option becomes available.
