I unplugged my outdoor nest cam iq and now it won’t reconnect. I get code Nc023. Won’t reset either.

When I plug the camera in I just get the flashing blue ring. When I try to re-add it to my nest app it won’t connect giving error code NC023. I tried resetting it but it never chimes as if it’s reset. I tried rebooting my router as well.

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue and this error! Please take the time to work through this Troubleshooting Guide that should help figure out what the issue is.
