My doorbell notifications no longer alert me

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you, but I have some questions to ask you:
  • Have you made any changes to your phone, or account, or Doorbell since you started to lose notifications?
  • Have you tried to restart your Doorbell? You can learn how here
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
