Hi,
I would like to keep my Nest floodlight's light on at low during the entire night and when it detects motion have it turn to high. Is that possible?
Want to make sure that's a settings option before installation. Thanks.

Hi there,
Thanks for bringing up the concern you're having. I'd love to look into this for you. Here is a great article that goes over Nest Cam with Floodlights settings which you can look through.
Best regards,
Brad

Brad, thanks for sending that article. I hadn't seen it before. However, it doesn't answer whether there is an "always on" setting that gets brighter when detecting motion at dark. I suspect that, no, the Floodlight does not have that setting. Appreciate it.

I must have misunderstood your question a bit. Thank you for clarifying for me! In the Google Home app, Nest Cam with floodlight can be controlled like a smart light: adjust brightness, motion sensitivity, what the lights turn on for and how long — or manually turn the lights on or off with just a tap. I hope that helps clarify things a bit better. Please let me know if you still need help.
Best regards,
Brad
