Incorrect Billing

Afternoon all, have an issue where i used to have the old yearly subscription for my Nest 1st gen cameras. I switched to the monthly Nest Aware plan but I just got billed for the old yearly amount as well. I checked both account pages on Google and Nest, Not there. I called the 800 that was next to the Nest Labs charge on my card and just get busy signals, called another 800 number I found on here and the gentleman said he couldn't help but would fwd it over to nest to resolve and then never heard anything. Just curious if someone knows a quick way to get it resolved. To make it more complicated the charge is tied to my old nest login that I can't access anymore after migrating the account to Google.

You can try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Google Nest just does not publish support phone numbers.
