Indoor chime doesn't ring

When we bought our house last fall it had a nest wired doorbell and a nest thermostat.  The indoor chime worked.  When I downloaded the nest app and added the devices the inside electronic chime didn't work.  How do I get it to work again?

If you go to your doorbell in the Google Nest app, is the "Indoor chime" option turned on?  Under "Chime duration", is "Do you have an electronic chime" turned on?  You could also try lengthening the Chime Duration.
