Intermittent camera recording

I had a break in last night!

I'm looking at my nest camera there is loads of intermittent recordings so I couldn't see who had  broken my property as recording was not there.

• Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
• Have you tried to check out the app and see if you can view the footage/clips there?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
