Issue following camera transfer to Google

Hello, I’m having trouble with my outdoor IQ camera since I did the transfer from Nest to Google Home.

now my camera doesn’t recognizing anymore people but only movement and even though I have no notification at all from my camera in Google Home. However the transfer worked successfully for my indoor camera.

if you have any similar issue, let me know.

I contacted the support they are looking for it

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that you're experiencing troubles with your Nest IQ Outdoor Camera since the transfer and that you're unable to see any notification and people recognizing. I'm here to help.

 

Before I begin. I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

 

  • Is the airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?
  • Did you try to use a different mobile device?
  • Is this issue constant or intermittent?
  • Do you have a subscription?
  • What type of Nest-aware subscription do you have?

 

Important: For migrated accounts, older cameras can be controlled in both the Nest app and Home app. For these cameras, notifications are still managed and sent from the Nest app.
