When I bought my Nest doorbell and security cameras, I was mostly happy with the purchase. This about 3 yrs ago. My doorbell, after some some help from the installer, did what I expected it to. It would actually send a doorbell sound to my phone. I even was able to customize the sound. Mine was the doorbell sound from the Jetsons! The kids thought it was hilarious. Now it seems all I can get is a notification that the doorbell was rung. This isn't what I was sold on and what I want. I've went through all the settings that I can to try and bring back the proper notification, but it seems to not exist anymore. I'm on an android phone as I have been since buying the Neat system. If this feature is unavailable anymore, I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription and looking into another product.
