This is a joke. I list notifications of my Mom’s outdoor cam. I choose “chat” I was 11th in line then “10th” in line then “13th” in line. It stated I would be notified when it was my turn, that did not happen. So I decided to select call, it doesn’t ring, nothing . I should have gone with the other brand. This camera has only been set up since July 3rd and already is a joke
