Doorbell (wired) is not sending notifications neither to iphone nor to google speaker

Hi
first , in the product label there is no longer the option for doorbell (wired)

When I installed my nest doorbell (wired), it was sending notifications to my iPhone.
Some months ago, it stopped sending them.

I follow instructions from other posts with no success.
I've checked all the notifications options, in the Nest app, in iPhone settings, and in google home|
I've deleted and reinstalled the google home app.
I've reset the doorbell to factory settings.

I found no solution to this issue.
Could you help me?

I've chatted with Google Support. the issue was with my Do Not Disturb mode. it was on.

This is a customer forum, so you'll get suggestions mostly from other customers.

I'm probably repeating the obvious, and you have probably done this already, but if you have the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, make sure that, under Settings | Notifications for the doorbell in the Google Nest app, "Notification type" is set to "Push notification"  and "When to send" is set to "Always" (unless you only want notifications when you're away) to send notifications to your iPhone, and under Settings, "Visitor notifications" is turned on to send visitor announcements to your Google speakers.  You also need to have selected at last one notification type (People, Packages, All Other Motion).

If you have the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) wired to your chime, I don't know.

Hi thanks for your prompt response.
I did all those steps.
except for visitor notification, which is not on and the speaker is working. the iPhone notifications are still not working.
