Legal Action (Class Action?) for Doorbell peeling

Hi all.. I am going to be speaking to my attorney about filing a class action lawsuit against Google regarding the well documented issue of the Nest Hello doorbell peeling. There are hundreds and hundreds of documented cases on Reddit/Google Community/product reviews that outline the issue.

If you are within one year, they will issue you a replacement. However outside of that window, they tell you to just buy a new one. I am already on my second one and its peeling again. Just had a long conversation with their support team and then their senior support team. They refuse to replace it.

As someone who has been a Nest customer since day one, and heavily invested in the ecosystem - over a dozen cameras, Smoke detectors, thermostat, alarm system, Nest/Yale door locks, etc. - I am extremely disappointed in this. At this point, i'm doing some research on how large this class may be. Please comment below. Thank you!
