Live video unavailable

Hello,

My wireless doorbell is recording movement, but I am unable to get live feed from my pixel 3a, pixel 6xl or either of the two google displays.  

I have pulled the doorbell and used the pin hole to reset the device several times(until you see the white light after 5 seconds)

I pay for nest but it is a Google Home app product.  Is factory reset my next best option, the device is a year old.

The battery was drained from 96 to 19 over night like a device was trying to connect to it all night.  I did reboot both google displays before re mounting.

Factory reset and unplugging all Google Home devices for ten minutes fixed it
