I spent over 2 hours on the phone with adt and Google nest with no resolve. Transferred 4 times after then hung up on.
My wifi is working. My camera are wired. There is no connectivity issue. They record and send me notifications.
No live video.
Someone please help me. I'm beyond aggravated!

Could you give us your case ID so that we can check your interaction here on our end? How far is your Nest Camera to your Wi-Fi router?

My wired Google Doorbell (2nd gen) stopped providing live video this week around February 23, 2023. I have no idea why this happened. I suspect Google pushed a bad update and we are all suffering the consequences. I'll try calling on Monday, but like you, I fully expect the usual run around and probably will be hung up on. It's pretty clear Google wants to avoid providing any real support.
