Loss Of Video On Nest Hub With Specific Camera

I will try and make this short. I have three external cameras, a doorbell camera, Nest Hub, Nest Thermostat, 3 room Thermostat, and added the Nest Router and point today.

I added the router and point because one of my cameras (same one) keeps going offline on the Nest Hub but when I look at the camera on my phone it is online/still recording. When I tell the hub to stream that camera, the video will last ############ minutes and then the screen turns black with a square and offline in the center. 
even though I’ve added the router and point there is no change.
