While i was charging my camera my magnetic mount disappeared. I cannot figure out how to order a new one so i can use my camera.

Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but it sometimes seems to provide replacements if the product is still under warranty, by contacting Google Nest Support starting here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

How can a camera that cost that much not sell a magnet to make the camera work. I honestly don't know if under warranty. I will never by a product by them again if they cannot help replace parts.
