Hello all,
my outdoor nest camera is currently hanging as the mount has somehow got disconnected and we can’t locate the white magnet piece.
I’ve searched everywhere for a replacement part and can’t locate this anywhere.
Really need help with this and how I can order a part, my camera is still in warranty.

I’m still waiting for Google support to provide some assistance on this. This really is poor service.
