Have 2 old nest cameras and 2 google nest cameras. Google nest cameras work fine. The other 2 older cameras work great on the phone and Ipad apps, but the message unable to load video appears on the Google Home for Web. the 2 old nest cameras were migrated successfully and can be viewed on my ipad and my iphone, but not on my computer

This is an actual, provable bug with "transferred" cameras on home.google.com.
I've "transferred" just one of our 1st gen cameras, the Nest Cam in our Nest Hub Max, just to see how things go.
When using home.google.com, in both Chrome and the Firefox browser, the "transferred" camera in our Nest Hub Max always says "Couldn't load video."
I just sent feedback on the home.google.com with a screenshot proving the bug.
I usually don't use home.google.com because in the Firefox browser, which I normally use, ALL of our cameras have ALWAYS falsely shown as "Idle" when the screen first comes up, and I have to click on each camera to see the video. I've reported this several times over many months, but it has never been fixed.
