Missing Doorbell Chime Connector

I received a wired doorbell from someone who replaced their whole security system.  Unfortunately they did not give me the chime connector.  How do I get a replacement?

Hi @Bruceinnova

We don't have access to replacement parts here in the community. I would suggest searching for a 3rd party seller and see if you can find the chime connector.  Contacting support directly via call or chat may also be helpful.

Nest has an EXTREMELY frustrating situation with the chime connector. It appears that unless the product is still under warranty, it's basically impossible to get a chime connector. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sell them to us! Mine was fried by a power surge (lightning storm) and I find it incredible that the part is not available.  I see many, many posts on this forum from people who want a replacement chime connector to be made available.  Support agents are telling us to "look in retail or online" to buy one, but that's complete hogwash as the part does not appear to be sold separately.

Hey folks,

JillG, I appreciate your help.

Bruceinnova, while we don't sell this separately on the Google Store website, we'd like to check other options for you — could please fill out this form and let me know once you're done?

bonzh, I'm sorry to hear about your experience but we want to make this right for you. Please also fill out the form so we can further assist you.

Thanks,

JT
